Return, Refund  & Cancellation Policy

Return

1. Unboxing a video of the order is mandatory if the customer wants hassle-free returns.

2. We offer a free return period of 5 Days post delivery of the order subject to terms & conditions.

3. We provide a one-time free return on order and the customer has the option to return the complete order or specific product from the order. Once a free return is availed on an older post that if the customer wants to return any product from that specific order on which a free return is availed then the customer has to pay a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. The return should be in original packaging, unused, and all tags, if any, should be there.

5. Once the return is picked up & received, a refund will be processed within 5 days in the customer’s original Mode Of payment source.

What are the 5 Days Returns?

All products sold at Eshaaver are covered under our 5 Days Return Guarantee. In case there are any fitting issues, damages, defects, or any other problems, notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or recall the product or send a replacement product to you provided unboxing video must be there.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at eshaaver4@gmail.com. The defective product or part will be recalled and our quality team will check the issue.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 5 Day Return/Replacement Guarantee:

         Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

         Any product that has been washed

         Any product not in its original condition

         Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

         Any product without a valid and readable serial number (if applicable), including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

         Any part/product/plating not covered under warranty/guarantee.

How do I cancel an order on Eshaaver?

         1.Cancellation before the product is dispatched

         In case the order is canceled before the order is dispatched from the warehouse, we will initiate a refund of the entire amount within 24-48 working hours.

         2.Cancellation after the product is dispatched:

If a shipment is reached in your city, then it can be canceled only when you deny it at the doorstep, once it is confirmed, we initiate the refund within 24-48 working hours.

 If the shipment is not reached in your city then we raise a cancel request to our logistics once cancellation is confirmed we, initiate the refund within 24-48 hours.

        3.Cancellation after the product is delivered:

         In case you have received the product, it will be eligible for return if it is defective or has an incorrect size. Note Please make an unboxing video of the shipment for the smooth returns & refunds.

If you have opened the shipment and want to return it for above mention reason please share the unboxing video while raising the return request.

If the shipment is sealed please share the snaps of the shipment from Top-Bottom, Front & Back while raising return requests.

What is the procedure to return a product to Eshaaver?

In order to initiate a return, contact either Customer Service via email at eshaaver4@gmail.com  within 5 days from the date of delivery or simply raise a chat with the return period. Our customer service representative will help you with the process.

 Please include the original contents, certificates, and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

How will I be refunded for the return?

Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. For refunds of COD orders, there are 2 options either you can take a gift voucher without any TNC or IMP/NEFT/RTGS to your provided bank account.
