How much are the delivery charges?
Eshaaver provides free delivery on orders above Rs.500, for orders below Rs.500 delivery charges will reflect at the checkout window. No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. For items with sizes, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be shown under the availability message. 

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Ecom Express, Xbressbees, Delhivery, India post for Remote Areas, etc. 

Are there any additional charges like GST/Octroi?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Service Tax with applicable rates. 

How do I track my shipment?
Eshaaver uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

What pin codes do you ship to?
Eshaaver ships to most of the pin codes in India however Cash on Delivery option might not be available for all pin codes.

What is Cash on Delivery? 
Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is an alternative payment method in which you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase. 

What are the terms and conditions for a CoD purchase? 
The maximum order value for a CoD payment is Rs. 50,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for CoD orders. There are no additional charges for Cash On Delivery.
 

How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) Order?

1.    After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin Code), you will be prompted for Payment Option.

2.    If the COD option is available for the given PIN code, you can select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"

3.    On the next page, you will get an order confirmation message, but your shipment will be pending until a customer service representative verifies your order via the phone at the number you provided on the shipment address page.

4.    Once verified and confirmed, we will process your order for shipment

5.    You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe? 

We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards issued by Indian banks. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3-digit Card Verification Value found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway.

 Pricing

1. The price of all the products is inclusive of GST. Whatever the price reflected in the store includes GST, customer don’t have to pay GST on cart value.

2. Discount will be deducted on cart value at the time of checkout before proceeding the payment.

3. Some of the coupon codes would be category specific or collections specific or products specific so at the time of checkout when customer applies coupon code which specific coupon then, coupon code will not apply on cart value, the coupon will be applied only on that specific product.

4. The product price on Eshaaver store are lower than any other market place that you know. The Reason behind this, because Eshaaver store does not charge any kind of Market fees from sellers, Commissions on product selling price. Eshaaver is direct seller as there is no middleman between Seller and Buyer. If there is no middleman between buyer, we don’t have to pay any kind of commission or market fees and that saving we give direct benefit to customers.

5. Customer can check our product prices on any market place that customer knows.

6. On other market place the customers has to pay delivery charges on every product if cart value is below the minimum order value but at our store customer has to pay only one delivery charge if your cart value is below minimum order value which is Rs.500.
